Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was clean, had no issues with my room. Only thing that I dislike was breakfast. It seems they only cater to Asians. If you're planning on having breakfast suggest you to be there early I went at 6:45aam and was only able to get coffee no milk or cream. Only coffee. The rest of the days I actually made coffee in my room didn't car R for their breakfast.

I was lucky enough to get a phenomenal room rate that was upgraded to a suite apartment. I stayed for two nights. Only complaint was that the manager of the motorscooter staff was a little ridiculous about the ticket we lost. Even after making us wait 10 or 20 minutes while they looked at the cameras and recopied our passport and IDs, they wanted to keep looking for it in our bags. They eventually found it in the trash still in the room.... but wow! They went overboard to the point of being oppressive about it. Seems to me... if you saw me park the moto on camera, and you've recopied IDS... well... Let it go...lol. No need to be so obsessive. For most that'll never be an issue and, anyway, considering the rate which even included an "OK" free breakfast, I was more than happy with the stay. 5 stars because the rate was just unbeatable.

The staff are EXCELLENT...5 STAR !! RATHA, SAOLY, VICHNY are POLITE & HELPFUL. Sadly, hotel is GETTING OLD...had to CHANGE MY ROOM FEW TIMES...1st room because of A.C. NOT Working...2nd room fridge NOT Working...3rd room drain had BAD SMELL and NOT Working/Draining. Finally, last room was ALL GOOD but the NEIGHBORS to my left and right were young students and were TOO NOISY...ALL NIGHT.

If you do not mind walking you can find markets within 1k, otherwise there are always taxies going by. Streets are narrow so keep your head on a swivel. The taxies well try to sell tours. Have fun.

Everything was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special and big THANKS to PM Ratha he is such nice man and looking after his job very well. All hotels need people like him. Staff were friendly and very helpful! The towels have seen it’s days, the water doesn’t drain in the bathroom, it takes a while - which is not good ! It needs upgrading and the breakfast is ok - you can survive! But it is good for money value! Definitely needs new towels and fix the drainage !

Very pleasant staff, courteous,helpful,polite,the breakfast I'd give 4 out of ten,there's no other time to get food,the room needs the drapes taken down and washed ,very dirty, bathroom has black mould, Phnom Penh is a dirty filthy city,the hotel is a 5 at most out of ten .

A mixed bag, probably fine for a night or two. I chose this place as I noticed breakfast was included although what was an offer was disappointing. Rice and veg with orange squash instead of juice. I ended up going elsewhere. Room was fine, the fridge stunk though and could do with a decent clean. The front desk did a lovely job of my laundry.

石けん、室内履きサンダル、水、歯ブラシコップ、ティーカップはアメニティとして室内常備されていた。ドライヤーはあったが使えなかった。 2口のコンセントが1ヶあったが、もう1つあると非常に便利だった。 クローゼットの中にハンガーが5ヶぐらいあった。冷蔵庫もあり。 Grabでトゥクトュクを呼ぶ際も5分ぐらいですぐきてくれた。
