My husband and son and I had a wonderful stay at Maribeth and Kent's cozy little cabin! We cooked in the kitchen, played board games and records, and thoroughly enjoyed the nature this property has to offer - deer, squirrels, chipmunks, hummingbirds, butterflies and more! Maribeth and Kent were so welcoming and knowledgeable, and we loved meeting them! Everything was perfect!
I really enjoyed my stay at this location. The cabin is fantastic, the hosts are great, and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Excellent little getaway!
🍀A visit of a couple days, too short….many reasons to come back, a very pleasant stay that keeps good and warm memories in our harts, thanks so much ❣️
Had an amazing time at this quiet cabin in the woods. The hosts were very friendly and made sure your taken care of. The views from the property are amazing and no pictures would do it justice. I can’t wait to go back
We loved the quiet tranquil area, the cabin was cozy, not to far from town but far enough to feel like your off the grid. It was a wonderful family getaway and we would stay here again for sure. Our hosts were wonderful and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great stay.
We had a great time and our hosts were very nice. They suggested places for us to visit and we’re so glad we stayed here. If you are looking for a laid back , close to nature get away, this is the perfect spot. We saw the Milky Way every night!
My partner and I had an amazing weekend at the cabin! We spent our stay exploring the property and enjoying the cozy cabin when some weather came in. This place was magical and the hosts were friendly and welcoming! We are definitely planning a return trip!
This was the perfect quiet little place for my girls and I to take a vacation. We enjoyed campfires and roasting marshmallows. We went fishing a lot too!
The best review is when I say, "We plan to return!" The cabin was easily accessible, comfortable, and charming. Clearly, the hosts love their cabin and graciously share their time and beautiful land.
Very nice and peaceful space, all amenities provided, quick trip into town and hiking, just wished there was no cell service for a true off the grid experience..... 👍👍
Our family stayed at the 'little cabin' for Spring Break , and we had a fantastic time! We enjoyed skiing/snowshoeing, gem hunting, playing games, star gazing, cooking, and all the wildlife. The location is beautiful, and the cabin is like a dream inside-so cozy with lovely furnishings. It is just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful beauty of Montana. The hosts are superb and have thought of everything. We are so grateful for this trip and plan to stay again.

We really liked the location. So peaceful. And having little things available like coffee was super nice due to arriving late so I could still enjoy a cup in the morning. The combination oven, toaster & air frier was nice. The furniture was old but comfortable. Our host was so friendly, responsive, and full of good information. Overall this property gets an A rating. I wish I could have stayed a few more days.
My boyfriend and I came to Montana to hunt for jewels and enjoy the countryside and nature, a much needed vacation. The cabin is amazing with large picture windows and an amazing cupola that is from the 1880s, taken from one of the old buildings in town 😀 The cabin surrounds you with Montana at its best. The Gem Mountain mine was awesome and we saw 2 fox, white tail deer everywhere, and a moose with her teenage calf. The town of Phillipsburg is beautiful and filled with old west architecture that is super cool. We ate at the Silver Mill in town, I odered off the menu with ease, and it was amazing ❤️ I definitely recommend a stay. Great for couples.
We were totally surprised on how the cabin look and felt once we arrived. Kent and Maribeth were off the charts with humanity and hospitality. They seemed as if they created one of the best atmospheres for rest with a mix of pleasure and a dash of awesomeness, topped off with a large scoop of beauty covered in Montana ahhh. The view of wildlife in their natural habitat was superb, along with the exploring of the Bison Range. I can't forget the recommendation for a nice Anniversary dinner from Kent in the Flathead Indian Reservation. I must recommend the "Wild Game Meatloaf"!! The Sapphire mines in Philipsburg was very interesting place to visit, along with the town being visited by a couple of young Mule Deer. We enjoyed a nice lunch at Doe Bro's soda shop, I had the Elk burger that was very delicious! Missoula's carousel was very interesting to visit as well. We missed out of the Grizzly Encounter due to being snowed in. But again to come back to the cabin to light a fire in the antique wood stove and to enjoy a nice home cooked meal with my best friend/my wife was what I was looking for!!! The bottle of wine and the small chocolates from the local Candy Store were just a sweet tooth's Heaven. We can't wait to take out kids and our Godson out there to experience what we did! BTW their version of the luggage cart really helped us alot and it too put a nice touch to our stay. The lack of cable and TV was not missed what so ever. WE WILL BE BACK 2024!!
First off beautiful little spot for a get away! The hosts are amazing and enjoyed chatting with them. Lots of good suggestions and they made us feel right at home. Couldnt have asked for a better spot for our first anniversary! Thanks agaij MB and K.
The property was so beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the dears and the fox in the morning. The host are so kind and talked with us about the property and some history. I truly loved every moment of my stay. We will definitely be back!
What a great little cabin to get away and recharge
The cabin is wonderful and in a beautiful somewhat remote setting. My cousin and I stayed for four days We are both in our 70’s and loved the simple parts of our stay The wood cook stove made the cabin cozy. Our hosts were friendly and helpful
