"30 minutes before trying to check in at HomeGate Hotel in Louisville, I made reservation online to speed up check in. This was well after normal check in time around 7 pm. We had a service animal with us. We were informed that there would be a $500 extra charge as well as the $100 cleaning fee. I explained that the dog is registered. The manager was very rude when I tried to explain that the ADA covers service animals without extra charges. Never got key and was told he could not refund...

"The couple that run this place are super great at communicating. If you had any problems they were swinging by to fix it. Although the beds were super hard and uncomfortable, they did state they would upgrade them. The shower was my husband and I’s favorite part. We will definitely be staying here again!"
