Expansive 5 bedroom, 2 Floor, 1.5 Bathrooms - A cherished historical gem, nothing of its kind in the area, minutes walking distance to Swarthmore College on the strip in Town Center, steps away from all the shops and food stores! This unique apartment overlooks the town and is excellent for large groups, graduations, college events, business groups, families visiting the city, and much more!

A block away is the Septa Rail, which takes you to downtown Philadelphia and around town. Depending on the destination, it's about a 20-minute trip. It's great to see the city of Philadelphia without the traffic or parking! Speaking of parking, it includes two permitted parking spots, which are free all day and overnight!
