I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. It operates entirely without a front desk, so everything is automated. This means if you get locked out of your locker downstairs, there’s no one to help you open it. Any deliveries must be picked up yourself, as there’s no service to bring them to your door.
The bathroom fan in my room is triggered automatically when you walk by and stays on for 30 minutes. It’s extremely noisy and there's no way to turn it off manually. The hotel also has rigid check-in and check-out policies, so you can't check in early or check out late, even if your plans change unexpectedly.(even worsely, you downloaded app and found you can’t change on the app either.)
Customer service is remote, and they don't seem to fully understand or address on-site issues. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear everything from the staircase nearby, as well as parties on the first floor and the cleaning staff in the neighboring rooms. Every morning, I was woken up early by the noise. Additionally, the parking lot noise from trucks unloading was unbearable.
Overall, it was an incredibly noisy and inconvenient experience. I would not recommend staying here.
