The 2nd floor reveals 3br and a hallway bathroom with, 2bed rooms furnished, 3rd is a twin bed. Near various dining spots, close proximity to the Univ of Penn and Jeff Hospitals. Absolutely no parties allowed. A refundable $59 is held for incidental insurance by VRBO and refundable back to the guest if there are no extreme damage issues.
