Intricately designed by artists, our MASSIVE 3000 sq ft home features original art, vintage furniture & bohemian inspiration from worldly legends. Originally built in 1925, with a recent contemporary renovation, our home offers 5 bedrooms with 6 queen beds & three living room spaces spread across 4 floors. We are blocks from restaurants, coffeeshops, public transport & a bike share. Our home is perfect for groups and families which makes traveling to events or historic parts of the city easy!
Welcome! Our lovely 3000 sq ft home is situated in Northern Liberties, one of the most hip neighborhoods in Philadelphia! The spacious open layout displays a soaring 14 foot ceiling on the first floor and recessed dimmable lightning in every room in the house. Our historic row home was built in 1925 and still has original hardwood floors but has since been remodeled with a modern feel and stylish furnishings.
Start in Northern Liberties and head on over to Kettle Black for coffee & delicious homemade bread or One Shot for your morning coffee, grab an amazing breakfast at Honey's or Cafe La Maude, or eat at one of the many delicious restaurants in the neighborhood (Jaxon is a block away and is not only delicious, but also BYOB!). Everything that you could possibly want to explore in Philadelphia is easily accessible via Uber, bike, or public transportation. For those that love shopping, head on down to Center City to visit the shops on Walnut Street. Music lovers can bounce over to Fishtown to Johnny Brenda's or West Philly to listen to live music at World Cafe Live. And for those that love the outdoors, there are the hike and bike trails on Kelly Drive and Wissahickon Valley Park. Whatever you want to do in this city, there is something available for everyone!
We love Northern Liberties and hope that you will love it too!
The home has access to 6 queen-sized beds with ample additional seating areas in the bedroom spaces. We offer guests fast WiFi accessibility and a Chromecast through which you can hookup to Netflix and the like.
Please no shoes on in the house. Thank you!
We are more than happy to provide recommendations of places to eat, drink, listen to live music, and enjoy the outdoors.
Northern Liberties is an amazing spot for foodies! If you like brunch, we are surrounded by tons of amazing spots (Honey's, Cafe La Maude, Bourbon & Branch, Blind Pig, Jerry's,) and other restaurants (Standard Tap, Heritage, Jaxon, and Dmitri's, to name a few). Vibrant nightlife featuring bars, jazz, and bowling. Just bordering Fishtown with more restaurants and nightlife (check out Suraya, Frankford Hall, Fette Sau, Cheu Fishtown, and Nunu).
Parking:
There is free street parking on Fairmount between 4th and 7th. There’s also free street parking on 5th and 6th north of Spring Garden. Other streets have 2 hour parking then a permit is required. It can be tricky to find parking on weekend evenings.
