A very nice place. A minor issue that a window did not close completely, but we did not inform them until checking out, so cannot fault them for not fixing it. Great location and good value for the money for a major US city

Great location and great views from our nice spacious room. The hotel was perfect for a few days in the city, we couldn’t have asked for a better location! The only shortcoming was breakfast which was a bit chaotic. The food was good and there was a good variety, but it was overwhelming as the space is too small for the number of guests who were staying, and it felt like a race to find a seat. Wouldn’t put us off staying again, but definitely wasn’t the peaceful start to the day we usually look for at hotels.

This is a 5 star property! Valet service is worth it. The staff is very friendly! The rooms are spotless. The cozy white bed linens are awesome. Our room had a full kitchen even though we didn't need it. Great Experience! Will be back! Thank you!

Valet efficient. Location superb. Room was janky. Bathroom needed a good dusting, specifically the wall above the mirror and the vent. Also the bathroom handle was broken, and the curtains were broken- couldn't open them to enjoy the beautiful city view. And to top it off the water wasn't that hot in the shower. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly.

I so appreciated Tameka being able to accommodate my request for an accessible room for my friend on crutches traveling with me. She went above and beyond in upgrading us to corner suite. The room was amazing, spacious, and had great views of City Hall! The only surprise was the size of the accessible shower, we expected it to bit larger. Other than that we highly enjoyed our stay and will be booking there again and recommending it to family and friends visiting Philadelphia. Thank you!

Updating my prior review - while the hotel’s ability to provide valet parking is minimal at best the staff did contact Expedia, and I did get a refund for the nonexistent valet parking. The hotel itself is fine, except for the bad smell in the room.
