Management did not provide the listed amenities!!!!
The unit's listing described it as having WiFi and smart TVs. The manager provided me with the check-in codes that contained a WiFi code; however, when I arrived (Wed.), there was no WiFi, which also meant that the TVs were not functional. I reached out to the manager, and they mentioned that they had turned off the WiFi due to excessive usage, but it was set to be reconnected on Thursday or Friday. The manager did not check in later. However, on Friday night, the manager messaged me to inquire whether the occupants in the unit beneath me were bothering me, as the neighbor reported that about 20 individuals were present, and they would evict them from the unit. I inquired once more about the Wifi, but they had no new information for me. Therefore, I asked if they would provide compensation for the trouble, as I couldn't watch TV or use my computer for work (which forced me to stay out of the unit most of the time). They inquired whether I wished to extend my stay for another day, to which I responded that I am flying out on Sunday and would not change my flight. I inquired whether I could at least receive a discount on what I had paid, but the manager ceased to respond
