Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The good, the bad and the ugly.
This is going to be difficult because there are some good things in some things that are not so good. The communication with the host was not easy. At the beginning when we were communicating via email it was so so. Then when we got there and saw no one around, and we did not know where our key was to the room or the room number I tried to contact him or her, we didn’t see a phone # available or absolutely any soul around to talk to. Finally, my daughter open a folder that we found,on a “ front desk”,
We saw that was for us, and it said room 420, I believe. We tried to go to the fourth floor. When you enter the elevator, you could go to G, 1,2 so we told them maybe from two we have to take another elevator. Well, no, we were supposed to get out into but the numbers on the rooms were three then we walked to the right on small hall open the door went downstairs for about 10 steps and then there were rooms with number 4 . In other words very very, very confusing.
Like I said at the beginning very difficult to figure out where the room was because there was absolutely no want to explain all of this situation of elevator and stories with numbers that didn’t make any sense. Also, I couldn’t stay there on the first day because I never found, Key to my room. Talking to the gentleman the next day he told me.” The key was in your room”
I have been in 20 countries around the world, and this is the very first time in my life that the key inside the room. The room was clean and, neat.
