The location of the hotel to neighboring bars and restaurants is what made our stay so enjoyable. The convenience of everything around makes me want to rebook much sooner than later. Also, the hotel is hip, trendy, amazing lobby bar, and the room was clean and served its purpose for our stay.

Great hotel- modern! Felt very safe as they have extra security measures. Reading Terminal Market was very close, walked there several times during our trip! Loved the proximity to City Hall. Great stay!

property itself is nice but staff especially in the morning shift who is happen to be the receptionist on that day when we are about to check out is not accomodating. she don’t even know how to smile, don’t know even how to greet us when we were downstairs to have our breakfast as well. regarding the housekeeping, they did not even bother to clean our room where we stayed for 3 nights. we informed the front desk if they could send housekeeping to clean our room but nobody went there to clean and change our towels etc not unlesswe will come downstairs just to ask for a clean towel. poor service!

Staff was súper fríendly, pool table in the lobby was a ton of fun. Bartender was fast and funny. I wish I got names but the staff from 1/14-1/15 was amazing! Definitely will be back
