"The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type."

We been waiting for half an hour checking and only they pass us the phone to speak to the owner for our room no. Again, we been waiting for half an hour for the key as they do not understand fourteen in english for our room key.
