The staff are friendly and polite, but could be switched on a little better. If you go with those expectations and know the service is not 5 star, you can still enjoy it. "There were 4 of us traveling. We booked two rooms. I had to changed the very first room they booked for us because it stank like sewage and mildew. The wooden wall over the bed was peeling off and only one light worked in the room. In the bathroom, the window by the toilet had green and black mold covering it as well as the side wall of the shower. The faucet for the sink wasn't even attached to the sink... The room they changed my daughter and I to was better, it didn't stink as much but there were water leaking from the toilet. My sister and mother had the worst experience, the mildew smell wasn't as strong as my rooms but the bathroom was terrible. When my sister went to take a shower, she had a chunk of black mold washed onto her face.. The night staff didn't want to help us at all. Needless to says worst experience with a hotel ever. I don't recommend. "

"A wonderful small hotel with super friendly staff. The rooms are a good size and and everything is in good condition. We had a large balcony overlooking the river. Highly recommended and good value for money. Excellent dining options nearby."
