"The owner and her mother are extremely attentive and care about your comfort and enjoyment of the property. They offer daily fresh cooked breakfast to their guests and will assist in booking tours and motorbikes etc. We booked the family room which is spacious., it also has use of a kitchen and large dual sink dual toilet bathroom. Do be aware that there is no separate entrance for one of the adjoining suites and you will have to tolerate other guests coming and going through the kitchen area...

"The location is great, just opposite Kwan-Payao - the biggest natural freshwater lake in Thailand (if I'm not mistaken). The room is alright, not the best but not too bad. The breakfast is superior. "Only stayed for one night but room was very comfortable and clean. There was a coffee shop at the premises. A simple breakfast of bananas and toast was provided. Great value. Staff was kind."

"Wonderful property on the outskirts of town. Town not walkable but they did have bikes for rent. Closest restaurants were a bit of a walk but the food at the Homestay was quite good."
