"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "I stayed here for two weeks I love it, the apartment has everything you need the only thing that was missing is ironing board and washing machine. The only downside was it was too noisy when you open the window because it was directly towards the main road however it was the best apartment I’ve stayed in that area it’s so beautiful decorated and clean and massive space, the reception was really friendly and nice"

"Adjacent a main highway, but the traffic noise wasn't bothersome for us, though it might have been if you wanted to leave a window open. The breakfast area seemed a little too small for the number of guests, and in particular the coffee machine was a real choke point. Great location for exploring. We found delicious kebab at the beer fountain park in Zalec and toured a very nicely restored castle in Celje. "

"Well the first room was aweful old carpet old bathroom so I went to the front desk and Jan was very friendly and helpful and gave us a nice room the next day the ac was out and the man at the front desk was rude and grump he was there both nights and real unfriendly nothing like Jan he was great "

"Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there."
