During our most recent stay, I mistakenly booked a single room instead of a double, but the staff was incredibly understanding and quickly accommodated the change for two guests. The location is excellent—very walkable and conveniently close to everything you need in Zurich. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich."

"I stayed in a single room at the Bristol Hotel for 6 nights in April and would happily stay there again. The room was clean, serviced daily, had a kettle with tea/coffee/sugar available and I found the bed very comfortable. The room is compact but I was not in it most of the day so I had no need of a large amount of floorspace. There was a notice in the room indicating Swiss environmental guidelines restricts operation of air conditioning to within certain temperature parameters. This didn’t bother me as I left the window of the bathroom open a little overnight anyway to keep some fresh air circulating. The daily continental breakfast was tasty and filling and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. "
