"This was a great place for a solo staycation. I had come here looking to relax and succeeded. I loved how friendly Monica was, and they made sure my stay was comfortable. I loved that the room had a private balcony and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. They had a huge DVD collection and a game room in the basement. I would come back here again!"

The house had a lot of history and is quaint and comfortable. Our hostess Arlene is a treasure. Chock-full of intriguing stories and experiences to include first hand knowledge of the House as well as the neighborhood and nearby “must see” sites to visit during our short stay. Perfectly situated outside by a rolling creek, we enjoyed staying in, as well as exploring Colorado Springs. House was clean and had everything we needed. Food, activities and sightseeing are only 10-20 minutes away from the property. Hot tub was incredible and I truly couldn't have asked for a better VRBO! I hope we get to come back someday."
