The mechanism that supported the shower head was broken and it was not possible to adjust the height - if you raised it, it just fell to the bottom of the pole. There was no telephone in the room. To contact reception, you had to physically attend in person. The reception was not attended 24 hours a day. It turned out that the waste bin in the room was supposed to be emptied by the occupants - by taking the content to waste...

"The maitre d'hotel was fantastic, very welcoming, demonstrating the after hours locks, and providing a map and list of things to do in the area. My only caveat is the office is a bit hard to find within the residential-shopping complex. I recommend parking (at least first) next to the dentist office and walking the short distance upward along the front of the sloping driveway to the building entrance.
