"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"For the area that the property is in and the price we paid I have no complaints. You won't get 5 star luxury for £250 a week, however it has everything needed, small kitchenette is a great asset, balcony nice to sit out on. Nice staff, easy parking. This was our second stay and I would certainly stay again if travelling on a budget. "

"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers.
