"The property itself was clean and was clearly recently renovated. It’s definitely a loft and there’s lots of stairs. The property is very close to lots of attractions and it’s an easily walkable area. Being in the downtown, two blocks from a rescue mission, visitors will need to deal with the homeless population. Parking is either at a meter right outside the front door, or around the corner behind the building. "
