The fitted midnight-blue kitchen is a chef's dream! Fully stocked with modern amenities like an American fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and LAMONA five-ring electric hob, plus an oven for easy, family-sized cooking. The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and lounge, making it easy to entertain or keep an eye on the kids.
The lounge area boasts a 70-inch flat-screen TV for movie nights, a large leather corner sofa, a cozy chair with a footrest, and even a bar area with two raised bar stools. French doors lead to a two-tiered sundeck with rattan furniture, a table with chairs, and sun loungers—an ideal space for parents to relax and kids to play, with direct beach access just steps away.

Guest Access:
Entry instructions will be given 3 days prior to arrival.
We allow one small dog to stay in the property but please note the stair gate must be put across and the bedroom doors need to remain closed to prevent the dog from going on the beds. For guests who may struggle with the internal 12 stairs there is a flat way into the property just a few houses down and along the beach which brings you into the back entrance. The majority of the house is then on one level. Please ask if you require any clarification on access or layout.

While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.
Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.
For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
