"Nous avons adoré cette location ! Atypique et en plein coeur de la ville ! La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille et prévenante. Effectivement il n'y a qu'une seule fenêtre mais on le voit bien sur les photos de l'annonce, pas de surprise de ce côté là. Le seul côté "hic" c'est le côté humide du logement, mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé. L'avantage c'est qu'il y fait toujours frais même sous 35° ! Bref, nous on a adoré :)"

"Everything was fine except lines of communication to arrange the 1st meeting at the studio. I cannot speak French so could not understand the email the project manager had sent me. The owner was contacted and he was very helpful and could speak English."

"un endroit superbe, calme et vraiment au contact de la nature. rencontre avec des gens vrais, le cœur sur la main. la maison est très sympa, et on a de la place pour bouger! Un peu froid? hop petite flambée dans le poêle de la cuisine, ou dans la grande cheminée du salon . On m'as dit: salle de bain étroite..(psst, allez dans un mobil home, vous verrez!) La propriétaire est très serviable, prête a faire deux heures de route si vous avez le moindre soucis! Bon, elle aurait pu planter quelques...

"Peaceful, historical and rustic property with welcoming service. In early January, only 1 restaurant was open. We walked Le Voie Vert to Lamalou les Bains for lunch. It was about a 40 minute stroll. Uber doesn't work. We used a taxi service to get to and from Béziers. "

Spacious Villa with large private Pool and Air-conditioning in all 5 bedrooms

Wonderful house, we loved everything about it

"Fantastic spacious house for our group, especially enjoyed the fantastic pool and BBQ area. Beautiful part of France, lots of options (hiking, beaches, city visits etc). So good to have A/C in the bedrooms as it was very hot during our stay. "

Good villa, great location

"Had a lovely time in Roquebrun. Andre is a great host, very friendly, easily contactable, quick to respond, fantastic local knowledge and excellent English (thanks). The pool was cleaned often and there is lots of space. Roquebrun is lovely and the villa location is great - under 10 minutes walk to the restaurants a small supermarket and a bakery. Kayaking, wine tasting and river/beach nearby Very well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery, glasses, pans and 2 large fridges. We were there during a heatwave and as described, there is only AirCon in the living room. The very high temperatures made the upstairs bedrooms unbearable even though Andre did source some fans for us. Nothing to be done about it really, just a fact of life. The outside area by the pool has limited shade provided by trees and although the terrace has shade all day, the seating is not that comfortable to spend long periods there. We managed to find enough shade but there were only 5 of us. Remember that there is 100 euro charge for bedding. We thought we could deal with that on arrival but we should have let Andre know in advance. Andre, did manage to sort out the bedding with 2 days notice though. 100 euro does seem a bit expensive for the bedding and towels. You could probably buy a set for that. I would think about the time of year and I would have found it crowded for 8 people. Overall we had a lovely time in a great location and a good villa with an excellent host. Thanks Andre. "
