"We loved our stay at Natura: all of the staff are so kind and helpful, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the resort itself is so tranquil and beautiful. Unfortunately, the area is not super walkable, and so to get into Ubud you will need a driver or to use the free hotel shuttle service (very helpful but hard if you wanted to have a dinner out or leave earlier). The spa was lovely and relaxing, and while all the food looks beautiful, it was not the best tasting. Overall, we really enjoyed...

"I had a lovely stay! One thing I might recommend, is making the opening times for the bar/breakfast area more visible, there were a few times when we checked for cocktails and it wasn't open. Other than that, 10/10 stay! Thank you very much! "

"Hotel goes through a narrow alley. But situated in a large ground. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was secluded, had a swimming pool. Breakfast was made by order. There is also a public swimming pool on the rooftop."

"The room was very small and suffocated with not adequate airflow. The actual property did not look like the picture at all. This is a false advertising and it is a shame that hotels.com allow this. Very outdated place. The room smelled unfresh and was not cool even with aircon. The price in hotels.com was actually way higher and no refund."

"My teenage daughters & I were travelling alone, we felt safe, had amazing breakfasts everyday. One of my daughters is coeliac & they made her pancakes, had the best bread for & amazing coffee. "What a gem of a place. About 15 mins away from ubud central but nestled among rice fields and overlooking a deep valley. The villas had panoramic views and the sunsets from the west facing deck and infinity pool were amazing. Absolutely stunning. Food at the restaurant was great though the wine list was a little limited but if you wanted something else, you can just get grab delivery to the resort. Most memorable though was the staff.
