The place and its surroundings allowed us a restful and pleasant respite from our busier daytrips. The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! "

"Way more house than we needed for just the two of us—5 bedrooms and 4 baths—but it always felt comfortable. Very nicely decorated with art and ceramics. "I really liked the villa. The rooms were ready, the beds were made. The owner welcomed us very kindly, showed us all the rooms and the pool. "We were a family group of 15 ranging in age from 20 to 92. We used the pool every day. Laughed at the clothes dryer because they have the same kind in Portugal where we vacationed.
