Perfect in-town Petoskey licensed full house rental new kitchen. Always clean.

Experienced hosts entering our 9th season of hosting short-term guests in this home. **LOCATION** Walk to/from downtown with ease 5 minutes to ALL town amenities from our whisper quiet neighborhood. The house comes with all the comforts of your home including: central air conditioning (many homes in Petoskey do not have) strong wifi, smart TVs in family room/master/guest bedroom with premium services logged in / on-site bikes (2 mens mountain, 2 child bikes, 1 cruiser (uni-sex) and 1 ladies mountain bike, dishes/pots/pans, bar glassware, beach chairs/coolers/umbrella/towels/toys. We also supply fresh: linens, towels, wash cloths, toiletries, etc. In addition we stock Cafe du Monde coffee in the cupboard with sugars and creamer in fridge. Hit your day running. Want to cook up a fresh catch from Jon Cross or your wily angler? Grill/patio in backyard. Or, utilize our recently updated kitchen. We would happily also consider your dog if house-broken, (please no furniture/bed sitting for pups) and generally well behaved. We keep a crate in the basement and have several runs in the large partially fenced backyard. As owners of a large retriever we fully understand how comforting it is to have all members of the family present no matter how many legs they possess. The full and queen pillow top beds will prove to be very comfortable. The newly replaced couch for extra sleepers along with extra blankets in the guest bedroom closet is also an option. *Please note that we have always placed a high degree of emphasis on cleanliness (see our reviews) and do our best to continue to do so. **Be aware that desirable time frames of peak "season" tend to book many months prior.

Perfect weekend getaway

Fantastic location
The location and cleanliness of this property can't be beat. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, parks and waterfront. We also took a day trip to Mackinac Island, which was an easy drive. Always appreciate a property that allows us to bring our furry family member with us as well. Great stay!

Petoskey Paradise
Belle's at the Grove wars a great cottage for our week long getaway. The home is spotless and equipped with everything you need regardless of how long you stay. Easy walk to all the downtown restaurants, shops and beach. Great location for going north or south of Petoskey. Can not wait to return to Pure Michigan.

The house was cozy and warm. The heat works fantastically. So nice to go to dinner in town just a few blocks away. The SmartTV is great and we watched a number of movies. The kitchen is really nice and modern for cooking has everything you could need.

Perfect place to stay in Petoskey
This is a nice, clean, very well stocked property that easily sleeps 4 adults and has a lot of space to hang out with family in the living room. It has all the amenities you could need. In addition, it is very nice to have a pet-friendly house that is this clean. We hope to stay in this house again when visiting my mom, who lives nearby.

This house has been updated, is clean and cozy. We used this as a base up north for many day trips ie: UP, Tunnel of trees etc. Petoskey is beautiful and friendly. It’s easy to get around either driving or walking from the house for shopping and dining. Excellent stay!

Great house in Petoskey
This house was wonderful for my family. We could walk to downtown or stay in as the kitchen was well stocked. There was one small mix up, but it as resolved quickly. I only mention this because this house is well taken care of and the owners want your stay to be perfect.

Great Ski Weekend
Gorgeous, super clean home! Kitchen was well stocked, which we always appreciate when traveling. Greatly appreciate being able to bring our pup, and have a spot to store skis. Wifi was terribly slow, but a lack of a movie night is my only less than stellar comment. Will absolutely check back for future trips!

Check in process was very easy and the place was exceptionally clean and cozy. A lot of thoughtful amenities for your stay and you can tell there was a lot of care and thought put into the decor of the house. Being dog lovers ourselves, there were many accommodations for our fur baby.. The house is located very close to downtown, so it was easy to either walk or ride your bikes without having to drive and find parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The place was close to town - beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood Easy check in .Very clean -communication with owner was prompt - had everything you needed The only one thing is to maybe have a clock on the wall .but that is a very small suggestion - besides that I would definitely stay here again😁

Great in town family getaway
Lovely home for a quick holiday getaway for our family. This cozy home was perfect to share time with our kids and close enough to walk to town for food and shopping since the ski conditions were less than ideal A well stocked kitchen, comfy living room with televisions in every room. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom, our kids shared the smaller room which although cozy was big enough for them. There was ample closets, towels, tissue, hand soap, and even noticed a care box of extra toothbrushes and band aids if needed. The hosts really do care about their guests and provide a clean and welcoming home. We loved the ease of walking to town and while being winter we couldn’t help but notice all the extras provided for summer guests which intrigued us for future stays. Thank you for sharing your place with us, all the best!

Paradise in Petoskey
Great location ! Walking distance to downtown petoskey and little traverse bay — can easily stroll to a coffee shop and take your coffee to the water in the morning and effortless to catch the nightly breathtaking sunset from the park — with an ice cream cone of course ! Very easy to get to the bike trail from the house as well ! The house is immaculate! We walked in and you could tell they had a very thorough cleaning staff prior to our arrival. The house is very thoughtfully stocked with items in bathrooms kitchen and utility areas — anything and everything you could need they have thought of ! They had a variety of beach items for use as well! The central air is amazing since so many homes in the area do not have that and it works very well!! The WiFi is also very fast so if you need to get some work done while staying it is very easy to do so ! The owners are dog lovers and very welcoming and thoughtful to guests with a dog . It is so hard to find a rental Place that is dog friendly these days and this one was literally perfect ! We will for sure be back and would encourage anyone traveling up to petoskey to stay at this property you will Not be disappointed !
