"Properties nice. Buffet restaurant was good for meals. All inclusive was bit worth the price in my opinion especially since I don’t drink alcohol. Coke a cola was watered down consistently and most times it took a long time to get drinks with meals prior to almost being finished eating. Beach is beautiful , the various pools are nice. "From the moment we arrived at this hotel the service was top notch. First glimpse of the hotel is stunning and it continues from there. The room and bathroom were beautiful. All the rooms have a gorgeous ocean view. Breakfast (included) was delicious and you lacked for nothing. I highly recommend staying here"

"Beautiful room and location. Lovely spa experience. Enjoyed the different flavoured water options on the beach. I didn’t enjoy the food I thought it was very average and not fresh. The staff were nice. I would say this hotel is 3-4 stars definitely not 5 star experience."

"The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them."

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. "Quality hotel to a high standard. Lack of air conditioning anywhere apart from the rooms was noticeable eg there was nowhere during the day apart from your room to escape the heat if needed."

"Was our first time in Mauritius, and won’t be our last. We will also more than likely stay here again. Wish the breakfast would switch it up a little. The exact same food every day is a little mundane when staying for more than a couple days. But overall, customer service was top notch and the hotel was very pleasant."

"Great location with fabulous staff. Dining options could be improved as the evening buffet was not, in our opinion, value for money and could have provided a better range and quality. The other restaurants on site are excellent though and you have plenty of other choices in Flic N Flac, which is a short taxi ride away,"

Excellent property and perfect staff!

"Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "
