The air condition was not working the place had roaches, it was dusty, no utensils, stove was a hazard and when the host was advised of these things on arrival she indicated someone would come to fix the ac. We have a car a prefer exploring the island and being part of it which meant this was the ideal spot to get to some of our favourite places and avoid some of the Grand Anse traffic.Rosemarie was great and on hand when we needed anything and checked in with us midway as well.Two main bedrooms great size and third bedroom is off the lounge and a lot more inviting than the pictures look. "We stayed here for a week while working on our boat at Clarkes Court Marina. The road to the marina was pretty rough but the convenience of being close made up for it. The apartment was new, spotless, spacious, and all the appliances (including the washer/dryer) worked flawlessly. The manager was right next door but honestly, we didn’t need anything because it was in such good order. The nights were very quiet and the A/C felt wonderful. The well appointed house is confortable and private and our host made sure that the basic amenities were available for our stay. A rental car is highly recommended for easier access to activities. "I needed to find another apartment. The property was not as advertised. There were cracks on the stairs. There was a smell of urine in the bathroom. There were debris on the side of the property. We couldn’t use the microwave because it smokes when in use, the refrigerator was cool and not cold. There laundry hanging in the laundry room"

"The apartment was really nice, clean and functional. It's located in a quiet and beautiful area, full of green and with really lovely and welcoming people all around. Ritchie was available to answer any of our questions at anytime, and was ready with suggestions and recommendation for anything we might want to do on the island. Joan took care of us at the apartment and even showed us around in town. We hope to come back to Grenada and stay again. Would recommend."
