"The Stables is such a lovely place to stay. It's got lovely views over the countryside and it's so peaceful. The hot tub was great, there's a log burner (which we didn't need), it's very clean and you can tell the Stables has been converted to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped, the wifi was excellent and its location is ideal for exploring Monmouthshire or the Forest of Dean. Highly recommend the Stables for any couple."

"We stayed in The Piggery for 3 nights. The property was perfect for a very comfortable stay. Nicely decorated & the bed linen and towels provided smelt lovely! The surroundings are beautiful, great for country walks & the garden to the main house is stunning. We made use of the on site games room, which is a great bonus, particularily the tabble tennis and magnetic darts ! Very peaceful location and we would definately stay again in the future. "

"The building is impressive, the location is amazing but finding it with the original sat nav info provided was really difficult. they had another private access track that wasn't given until after we arrived! Overall the place was really nice but not having any instruction manuals for any of the kitchen equipment like cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc made using them a real challenge."

We could happily sit and look at the Views and sunset from the garden / patio, whilst relaxing. Walking possible direct from the Barn and easy access to loads of places to visit across the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Great communication from host.
