"Spent the night here with my partner it was amazing. Nigel and Robina the owners were very friendly and welcoming they took an imterest in us as their guests. They showed us to our room and were always around. Breakfast was a full english and was 10/10. The room was cute spacious with a lovely bathroom. The estate itself is large but is in good condition. I would return"

"It is an Bed and Breakfast in a country side home. The host were very kind and hospitable. It felt like being a guest in your grandma's house. They accomodated our schedule with no complaints."

"Great stay. Beautiful old coaching inn in lovely village just off the South Downs Way. Really nice meal, probably best fish and chips and mushy peas I’ve ever had, lovely treacle tart, all with great service from the lovely Victoria. Very comfortable bed. Can’t fault it. Highly recommend, especially if doing the South Downs Way."

"Loved the room with the mezzanine - really spacious for the three of us. Staff were super friendly. Only negatives were expensive (and very cramped) parking and could have done with a thorough clean and linen change half way through. All in all though, great for what we needed and would definitely stay again. "
