Welcome to our historic, three-story row home in Petersburg, VA! Built in 1869, our cozy and comfortable space is perfect for families or groups of up to eight guests. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms provide ample space. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, private patio, and cozy living and family rooms.
Our home is a five-minute walk from downtown Petersburg's historic architecture, restaurants, and shops. Attractions like Petersburg National Battlefield, Pamplin Historical Park, Upper Shirley Vineyards, and Pocahontas State Park are just a short drive away.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
• No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.
