Sparkling clean 1920's bungalow

This charming 1920’s bungalow is located in a quiet historic neighborhood. Just steps from a small park with petanque courts and places for the kids to play while you relax on the park benches surrounded by mature oak trees. It has two spacious bedrooms each with blinds and blackout curtains for those lazy mornings of sleeping in. For the chef minded the kitchen is a full functioning kitchen with a dishwasher. Two sparkling clean bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a clawfoot tub perfect for soaking after a day of sight seeing! A sun porch for sitting with your morning coffee to plan your day or unwind with a glass of wine and the end of the evening. Within walking distance to historic and vibrant downtown Petaluma, boasting with many restaurants, food trucks, nightclubs and theater square. Forty five miles from San Francisco and the beautiful Napa Sonoma wine country and a half hour from Bodega Bay. Our hostess is on site for any questions or help.

Superb Home at Excellent Location
My wife and I are retired, and we stayed here for an extended visit with our daughter who lives in Petaluma. It is an easy walk to many restaurants in downtown Petaluma. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We were very impressed with the accommodations and location, and we look forward to staying again.

The house was very cute and cozy. It was well decorated and well stocked. The little notes of instructions that the owner left were very helpful. Easy check in and check out process. We were able to get around in Petaluma very easily. Would love to stay again.

This is a great house. Lots of thoughtful touches and even a lemon tree in the backyard. It gets amazing light and I’d very comfortable from the couches to the beds to the bathtub. I’d love to stay again-

Lovely place for a family
I stayed here with my parents, husband, and our infant son and we all had a wonderful time. The bungalow had more than enough room for the five of us, was close enough to downtown for a quick walk for food and quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The house and property were very clean and had all the amenities we could ever need. Check in and check out were easy and we could relax since everything was taken care of.

We unexpectedly had to shorten our visit and regretted leaving this charming house. We particularly enjoyed the heated porch for morning tea on chilly mornings. Petaluma Vacation Spot
This was our second stay at this Petaluma home. The location is convenient, and easy walking distance to downtown Petaluma. I especially enjoyed walking the 10 minutes to the local market to get food or snacks - no driving required! The nearby park is small but quiet. For hiking, Helen Putnam Park is a 10 minute drive. We stayed for a week, but wished we could have stayed longer...

My family of four had a great stay at this place. The arrival was easy, the house clean, with a well appointed kitchen, and space for people to relax. We enjoyed the enclosed porch too because it adds to the functional space. The owners were available when we accidentially locked ourselves out. They also thoughtfully included some lantern flashlights in case of power outage, which turned out to be a good idea because we needed it when a storm came through and killed power to lots of the Bay Area.

We loved our two-night getaway in this large, comfortable 2BD/2BA house that is truly a gem. We walked to dinner one night and picked up dinner the other night. Beds are comfortable (even the sofabed!), curtains are the black-out type (good for the teenagers that wanted to sleep in), the linens and towels were well-stocked. When we did eat in, we loved sitting in the banquette. This home is simply charming - wish we could have stayed all week but we booked last-minute and two nights is what worked with our schedule. Hosts are very quick to respond/communicate and they left easy check-out instructions. We lounged around, went outlet shopping, spent a day in Sebastopol and watched movies/TV. Now THAT was a relaxing getaway - thank you!
