From our early check in to the easy of communication with Frank, our stay was great. The location is an easy walking distance to downtown. I would stay there again when back in Petaluma.

Some friends and I stayed here on a trip to Petaluma and really enjoyed the house. Frank was very responsive. The house was great and it was within walking distance of everything in downtown Petaluma.

This was the perfect place to stay in Petaluma. The home was SPOTLESS, the beds and linens were super comfortable, and the walkability to restaurants, shops, wineries in Petaluma was great! Super convenient
Super convenient location in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Frank made check in and check out incredibly easy. Comfortable stay for myself, my husband and our two boys. Walking distance to a nice playground. A more ambitious walk to town with a 3yo but for older folks a nice stroll to downtown. We would 100% book it again.

We had family visiting from the U.K. And needed a place for them to stay where they could be independent of our household. This place was perfect..clean, bright, welcoming and easy access to downtown Petaluma. Frank responded to my pre-visit questions and was available to communicate with the guests. So good we booked it for a second stay!

Pleasant saty in the heart of Petaluma
Great location few blocks from Petaluma downtown, very convenient and charing area of victorian, tree lined houses. The place had everything as described with 2 full beds & bath. This is an old house so the layout is going to reflect it (no open floorplan, stairs to the quarters and very small living room). The host was very responsive and transparent.

This place was perfect for family visiting from U.K. Close enough to downtown to walk to stores and restaurants yet set in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Clean, bright and spacious. Host was available if needed and unobtrusive otherwise. We could not have asked for a better place!

Great stay to visit wine country
This a very nice place for two couples to visit Petaluma and the wine regions of Napa, Sonoma and Carneros. The unit seemed newly renovated, very clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and a short distance to the riverfront retail district. I want to praise Petaluma as a nice community. The restaurants in the wine district had beautiful outdoor seating, fantastically prepared food, and a great variety. I plan to stay in Petaluma the next time I visit the area.

A Fine stay
This property was fine and was listed accurately. A short 'instruction manual' regarding things like the porch light, heating and A/C etc. would have been helpful in the future. Also, more shelf space in the BR would have been nice but these are hardly deal breakers! thanks.

very clean! very miserly on bath towels. only 2 towels per bathroom, requiring us to do laundry mid vacation. couch (a futon) in very poor shape. needs replacing. needs extra blankets. needs new bed pillows; these were very old and flat.
