"very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned."

"We stayed in Stephanie's house for 14 nights. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed. Great outdoor areas with a lovely large balcony with fantastic views and a rear garden with a gas BBQ and lovely peaceful dining area. Ofena is a typical, unspoilt Italian village with friendly locals and a super friendly village dog. We immediately felt relaxed, despite probably being the only tourists there. It has great views of the valley and is near Sulmona and just an hour from the beaches in Pescara. There is plenty of space and plenty of beds. Having three bathrooms was great.
