"A very unique place. Beautiful property, very modern and up to date, in the middle of a very pristinely kept real Tuscan farm with an endless pool. Fantastic real natural Breakfast. The stuff were very nice and welcoming as well just like the true Etruscans would have been. Close to Castello di Marsiliana for a Wine Tasting experience and Porto Santo Stefano for a Monaco like experience. 2 hours to Roma and 2 hours to Firenze. A few minutes to Water and a few minutes to Tuscan farms and Hills....

"Fantastic place! The grounds were breathtaking, very nice to wake up to such nice surroundings. Our room was amazing, we had a crib waiting for us since we came with a baby! also had a mini fridge in our room which was perfect for his food! Breakfast was delicious! We had massages after a couple of days in Rome which were amazing leaving us renewed for our Tuscan roadtrip! very very recommended! "

"This is a very nice family agro-resort with an excellent restaurant. The thermal pool is emptied and filled daily and open until midnight with a fountain, very lovely, However this is a thermal bath (very warm) which isn't always the best in such very hot weather, but of course that is not the resort's fault! "We stayed here for a night whilst travelling around Tuscany. It was a lovely setting about 5 minutes drive from Manciano a really pretty town with good restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. Just be aware they do not speak any English! Amazing breakfast where everything was homemade. A great stay! "

"If Mario is cooking then you know you’re in for a treat. Everyone was amazing to interact with and more than welcoming throughout the stay. "Positives: We had the best available cottage, located at the very back of the grounds. Since it was September, the location was quiet. It would be noisy during season since it is directly across the street from the stage and playground. The cottage was comfortable and had all of the necessary basics in the kitchen.
