"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "We really enjoyed our stay at this waterfront house. The views are fantastic. It is just a short stroll to Santo Stefano's main shops and restaurants, but in a quiet, residential location without traffic noise...just the sound of the waves. "If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

The property was very comfortable for all of us and it was the perfect way to end our MBA. "Zufahrt, übelster Schotterweg 1 km steil bergauf. Mit Audi A6 mehrmals aufgesessen. Bungalow war für uns nicht beziehbar. Ziehmlich unhygenisch vieles kaputt und eklige Möbel. Die Agentur hat uns nach öfteren telefonieren dann auf der Straße sitzen gelassen. Mussten uns dann eigenmächtig ein Hotell suchen um nich auf der Straße zu schlafen. Wenigstens bekamen wir unser Geld wieder. Katastrophe nie wieder."

Not for kids however and you only get 2 beach chairs and 2 foam maddrasses so if you are a larger party you will have to share. The house is ok. Likely built in the 80ties and not renovated since. But everything is clean and in working condition. Electrical is not great. Power goes off regularly and you need to reset it at the gate to the driveway. And forget to use AC and any other appliance such as...
