The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022 with great attention to detail and is located on the 1st floor of a small residential complex with a communal pool (open seasonally from the end of May to the end of September). The apartment has a beautiful living room with an open kitchen, cooking island, high-quality coffee machine and seating area as well as access to the large terrace with a great view of the lake and the surrounding vineyards and wineries in the area. The outdoor area is very spacious and invites you to linger. On the same floor you will find the first air-conditioned bedroom with a high-quality bed and comfortable mattresses, sufficient closet space and a TV. Adjacent to this room is the daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. A staircase leads up from the living room to the converted attic of the apartment. Up here there is another double bed, air conditioning and a lounge with sofa and TV.
The apartment has a parking space in front of the house and a basement room where you can park your bikes during your stay. The use of the pool is free of charge. The center of Peschiera del Garda can be reached from the apartment in a few minutes by bike or car. Walks and hikes in the beautiful surrounding countryside are highly recommended. You can reach several good restaurants within walking distance from the apartment, and the car is recommended for supermarkets.
