"This is a special place. We stayed here with some of our extended family to explore Abruzzo. The house is beautifully sited with a panoramic view of the Adriatic. The property is well maintained and quite comfortable. The town is charming and its beaches are quite fine. Overall an excellent place. Highly recommended."

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"

"This villa was perfect for our family vacation to Abruzzo, beautifully located in the countryside with lovely rolling views of olive groves, vineyards and mountains. Very well equipped with a fabulous layout with multiple living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Loved our local contact person and welcome package. Having a vehicle was key to our outings to the beach, hiking and visiting destinations in the area."

"My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s villa nestled on a beautiful hill in the Castilenti area. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved touring around the Teramo area. There’s so much to do and see between the Gran Sasso mountains and the bellissima mare. Andrea was a great host. We loved our stay there."

"We had a fabulous 2 weeks at the villa. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool during the hot daytimes. The Villa is well situated for visiting typical Abruzzo villages and the Trabocchi coast. We had backpacks only and the apartments' location meant that the beach was less than a 10 minute walk and the bus into the city was right outside. Manuel was a fantastic host that helped us whenever we need help or advise. His responses were prompt too. Other than cleaning the shower ourselves, the apartment was perfect for our needs."
