Therfore, the hotel decided to move a singe person vs a couple to another hotel. they had difficulty and put me in a much lower level hotel. "Good hotel with excellent,friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Language wasn`t too much of a problem (as we`re not good at Italian) some of the staff spoke English. We will go back to this hotel again.Many thanks to all the staff for their efficiency."
