Apartment in the historic center completely renovated just steps from the hospital and 10 minutes from the train station. Adjacent to the Teatro Rossini and 5 minutes by bike from the Sea.

There are various opportunities offered by the city of Pesaro; first of all the welcoming beach on the Adriatic Sea, its famous Teatro Rossini, its Bicipolitana town, the Historic Buildings of the Center its numerous churches (about 30) and its events and festivals in the hinterland and province.
