"Awesome hotel with great service. The restaurant has amazing food and the breakfast buffet is abundant and yummy with many great options. The staff is so friendly, the rooms were so comfy, we didn’t want to leave! Proximity (walking distance) to Lulu mall is a big plus! Highly recommend!"

"It's very noisy and rooms were shaking on the lower floors with DJ blasting from the 2nd floor inside the hotel on Thursdays, Fridays and Weekends. DJ must not play inside a hotel like this - wrong place to have DJ. Poor buffet management with overcrowding at times around the food area. Poor layout of the dining area - overcrowding at times. "

"Very attentive and friendly staff. Room was very good and bathroom excellent. Slight issue with location of room which overlooked warehouse with trucks reversing constantly so alarms sounding most of the night. Will stay again but in a quieter room please!"

"This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. "This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher."
