"Large room with three separate beds but non-functional. Yes, I understand that they have a room available not meant to be a hotel room, but why not rent out to make money. AC and WiFi non functional. Dark closed room. Couldn’t open windows. Needed to keep lights on. Dirty unusable wooden cabinet with age-old newspapers strewn as shelf liner. Folks, clean up the cabinet, paint and use store bought regular shelf liner but never those dirty newspapers. No place to put luggage even for one person....

"It was amazing place to stay in Fort Kochi! Coleridge and Shenalee were excellent hosts, with great knowledge and suggestions for trips and local events. "New clean property. Although room has small kitchen, ther are no utensils so you cannot cook. Like all Indian hotels we visit only one towel provided. You need to ask for more."

"We picked this hotel because of their excellent Travel Desk services. From the very first Manjusha was very responsive and helped us with our travel bookings. We made a last minute decision to go to Kochi and were looking for someone local to help with travel arrangements. Manjusha helped with picking out trip ideas for us as well as arranging a car and driver. Everything was reasonably priced and well coordinated. The hotel itself was good with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet which was included was very good. I’d recommend this place especially their concierge services."
