"Lefay is a stunning resort with picturesque views. The rooms are gorgeous as is the outdoor pool. The only downside is the hotel is on the top of the mountain so it is a little airy to drive up and down and takes nearly 20 mins to get down. If you are looking for a beautiful spa to just relax, it is just perfect."

"A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops. Most comfortable and relaxed we have been during our 2 week trip across northern Italia. 😀 "

The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted with exceptional customer service. A lovely touch was receiving a rose and Prosecco upon arrival, which made us feel extra special. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, offering us a stunning view of Lake Garda. Since it was off-season, the hotel was quite quiet, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The only restaurant available for dinner during our stay served a buffet, but the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. While room service wasn’t available, we understood it might be due to the off-season timing. The hotel’s grounds and views were breathtaking, though we did notice that a few trees could be trimmed to enhance the lake view even further. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and beautiful scenery."
