The unit has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and laundry with a washing machine. The living area has a large L shaped couch that can be converted to a double sofa bed if required. It has reverse cycle air conditioner throughout, so it's cool in summer and warm in winter.

The property is fenced and has an electric gate so it is safe for guests with young children. The secure parking is shared only with the adjoining unit or rent them both and have the whole property to yourself.
