This Self-catering apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed and ceiling fans, promising restful nights after days spent exploring Cottesloe and it's surrounding suburbs.
You'll find a laundry room with a washing machine & dryer located next to the kitchen as you walk through to the Living area.
The well- equipped open plan kitchen and living room allows you to cook a meal while still being part of the conversation or enjoying the panoramic ocean views.
Step out onto the private balcony and you're instantly greeted with a refreshing ocean breeze and the stunning view of the Indian Ocean.

You will have access to all areas of this apartment. The carpark and refuse area are shared with residents in the complex.

I will always be available to you should you need anything and I provide my mobile to all guests Incase of emergency.

There is a bus stop next to the complex, on Eric Street and the train station is a 20 minute walk from the apartment should you wish to venture further afield.
