This really is the most extraordinary, unique house, brimming with sophistication and opulence. Best of all, it’s in the perfect setting, a stone’s throw from the river with direct access to riverside walks and views of Optus Stadium, which is only a 10 minute drive away.
The Residence sits beside the Swan River, with just green space between it and the water. It’s in an absolutely plum position with river walking trails heading to fishing jetties, Perth, Optus Stadium and the University of WA in one direction, and Maylands Golf Club and historic Guildford the other way.
Maylands is an inner city suburb north east of Perth CBD, and has easy access into the city, either by road, train or bus, as well as close proximity to Perth airport. Eighth Avenue, just to the north of the property, provides a cafe and restaurant hub, ideal for meals out, as well as some trendy bars. There is the golf course, a nearby boat ramp, yacht club and Peninsular historic farm and cafe nearby. Children might enjoy Maylands water park and playground. With Perth so close, a spot of retail therapy might be on the cards too!

PLEASE NOTE:
-The garage (down a very steep drivewway) is NOT accessible to guests. Cars can be parked at the top of the driveway or in the cul-de-sac.
-There is a fully separate and private studio on the dwelling which is occupied by other tenants. They have their own private entrance and no communal space is shared. Se still ask all our guests to be respectful and aware of this. We will not tolerate excessive noise or rowdy behaviour.
