The Neighborhood:
The apartment is within the Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel complex which is located next to the Swan River and Kings Park. It is just a 5-minute walk to the Perth City centre and CBD zone. Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre is located opposite within walking distance.

The city's shopping precinct, centered around the Murray and Hay Street Malls, is within a 10-minute walk. The stylish King Street offers fashion boutiques, home wares shops and art galleries.

Getting Around:

•10-min walk to the largest supermarket (Woolworths) - 1km
•Take a walk to Kings Park, the Botanical Gardens, Swan Brewery, Perth CBD, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre and Perth Bus Port or hop on a free ride on the CAT bus service that loops around the City and Northbridge.
