Cozy and easy to clean, street secure and compact 3 bed house with gorgeous open plan living.
The lounge TV area, kitchen and dining area all downstairs. Recently a new lounge suite with rich red and black helps creates a stunningly vibrant colour scheme that has wow factor!
Views to the rear alfresco courtyard for entertaining and barbeques on warm nights. private double car lock up garage with auto remote doors and your own drive entry. This place is a safe, secure and comfortable retreat after sightseeing at Fremantle Port and our white sandy beaches. The whole house is yours, no need to share. Your Host lives only a few kms away and usually available for anything you need.
House is cleaned between 11 and 4 pm . Check-in 4 pm using a hidden key.. The town house has only a small courtyard for relaxing and entertaining, so not very suitable for large dogs for lengthy periods.
Guests are entitled to enjoy their holidays but be considerate that neighbours are working families and enjoy peace also. If you or invited guests are a nuisance you will be asked to leave the property with no refund. this is fair. Noise after 10pm is illegal in WA.
We permit pets but do not allow them on the lounge or beds! You must apply to bring a pet and clean up hairs and mess. Damage to the garden and furniture can be charged. Pets must not be left alone in the house unsupervised at any time and not left in the garden to bark from anguish while you are out shopping.

Everything was very good with the house, clean, tidy and very comfortable, equipped with everything you need to have a great time. Close to the beach and meters from the shopping center.
This is a lovely property at a very competitive price. Great area so close to amenities, double lock up garage is a huge plus, a comfortable home which I can highly recommend.
Stayed here as it was close to family and the space allowed us to do family dinners. Host was always quick to reply to any questions.

Nice property
Had a few issues with checkin but once that was sorted the rest of the stay was pleasant. Was a nice property in a good location a short walk from shops. Very quiet and felt very safe.
We needed somewhere urgently as we had a medical emergency while on holiday in Exmouth and had to come to Perth. It served the purpose. Probably needs a little updating and fixing of wear and tear.
A great townhouse with all of the amenities provided for 5 adults. We were able to include our 2 dogs who were quite happy there.
There was a bit of confusion in that it wasn’t made clear it was minimum 3 night stay so had to pay an extra night which we didn’t use.

I was visiting from overseas and the property was ideally located for me to see family and friends in the area. Easy access to shops for food and entertainment. I liked the convenience and security of the garage with remote control. The a/c kept the house cool when needed and the tv worked for local programs which I wanted to watch. My perfect home and space during my visit.
