A lovely character home on a pretty tree-lined street in the heart of family friendly Subiaco. Several rooms of the house have been recently freshly painted and has beautiful floorboards throughout. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and an additional fold out single bed on request. The house also has a beautiful back garden which offers a perfect venue for outdoor dinner parties & BBQs. The house is less than 3mins walk to the main Subiaco shopping village and all local amenities.
