Everything was great, I was checking in early hours off the morning luckly a lady was there to check me in since my code did work to pick up my keys, rooms are basic but great for just a nights sleep! Breakfast is very basic just cereals, toast, juices and teas & coffees which was fine for me after 27 hours of flying! Guy at reception in the morning was a great help

Room was clean, okay hotel, kinda crazy that Australian prices are that bad. This is the cheapest hotel you can get and it was over $200. Insane prices right now. Air conditioned wasnt turning on

While the room was clean. The air conditioner while not on had something loose on the outside which banged against the wall all night keeping me awake. In turn i only slept for 2 or 3 hours. As i was sleep deprived i left my phone charger. There is no direct number to contact the building to see if it could be returned.

Me and my niece checked in and went to our room. Room smelt mouldy. The room was extremely small and the bathroom and toilet were practically on top of each other. Mould throughout the bathroom and the door was rotten. There was no bath mat and clearly that is because the tiny bathroom becomes a small pool. Water didn’t drain away so trying to get dressed with wet feet was about as blow drying my hair standing in water. There was no where to hang my clothes.. the bedside table was the fridge. Seriously over priced and over rated! We couldn’t stay the night and checked out and went elsewhere. Staff on check in were polite, but checking out early staff didn’t even ask. Will never go ibis again!

Late check in and lobby smelled so strongly of Indian food all the way up to my room. Smell was overwhelming. Blind was broken and bunk bed above was covered in dust, gave me allergies all night
