About the property
With rolling hills and green pastures as far as the eye can see, you will feel a sense of relaxation from the moment you arrive at Fairygreen Cottage. Situated on the edge of a working farm, this delightful abode features a cosy lounge with a log-burning stove, two spacious bedrooms and an enclosed garden overlooking the idyllic countryside. Should you wish to explore the area, you are perfectly placed to explore Perth and Dundee, while St Andrews, Stirling, Edinburgh and the Highlands make for great days out.
The space
This newly renovated property begins with a stylish and cosy lounge, beautifully furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a crackling log-burning stove. It's the perfect place to watch TV and socialise after a day of exploring.
Meanwhile, the modern kitchen/dining room features everything you will need to self-cater with ease including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, while the dining table seats four guests.
There are two delightful bedrooms that have been decorated with calming colour tones, high-quality soft furnishings and Egyptian cotton sheets. There is one king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another with zip and link twin beds and a hallway bathroom next door.
Outside, you will have access to an enclosed garden with a large lawn and a small patio. It's the ideal place to sit out and admire the far-reaching views or dine alfresco around the four-seater table.

There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

The property is located on the edge of a working farm with cattle nearby during the winter months and the lane is used by occasional farm vehicles.
Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
